Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a full refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee:

• You must have purchased an Annual subscription plan - Monthly plans are not eligible for refunds.
• The refund request must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
• The account must not have processed any CSV exports or mass exports during the trial period.
• The account must be in good standing and not in violation of any of our Terms of Service.

What's Covered

Our money-back guarantee allows you to use the following features without affecting your eligibility for a refund:

• Viewing individual contact information
• Creating and saving searches
• Creating and organizing lists

What Voids the Guarantee

The following actions will void your eligibility for a refund under this guarantee:

• Exporting any physician data in CSV format
• Performing a mass export operation
• Any violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to misuse of data, unauthorized data scraping, or sharing account access
• Any evidence of bad faith usage designed to extract value from the service without the intention of becoming a paying customer

RecruitPhysician's Discretion

RecruitPhysician reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds at its sole discretion. While we generally adhere to the criteria stated above, we may deny refund requests if we determine that a customer is attempting to abuse this policy or is acting in bad faith.

This policy is intended for customers who genuinely wish to evaluate whether our platform meets their recruitment needs, not for those seeking to temporarily access our services without payment.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact our support team at support@recruitphysician.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
2. Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request.
3. Our team will review your account activity and eligibility within 3 business days.
4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
5. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

One-Time Policy

The 30-day money-back guarantee is available only once per customer. If you have previously received a refund under this policy, future subscriptions will not be eligible for this guarantee.

Modifications to This Policy

RecruitPhysician reserves the right to modify or discontinue this money-back guarantee at any time, though any such changes will not affect purchases made prior to the change.
