Where You Land After Login

Sign in at recruitphysician.com/login. You land directly on the Search workspace — the full 265,616-physician database, with no filters applied. Three regions: filters on the left, toolbar across the top, results in the middle.

  1. Log in at /login/ with your email and password.
  2. You land on /search/ — the main workspace.
  3. Top nav: Search · Requests · Account · Log out.
  4. Left rail: filter categories (Keywords, Location, Job Title, Company, Specialty, Education, Years of Experience, Contact Data).
  5. Toolbar: Select Page, Select All, total result count, sort, My Lists, Export.
  6. Each result card has Reveal Email / Reveal Phone / View Profile actions, plus a quick “+” to add that one physician to a list.

Filtering by State

Click “All States” in the Location filter to open the state picker. Type-to-search supports both US states and Canadian provinces, and multiple states can be selected at once.

  1. Click “All States” in the Location filter.
  2. Type to filter the list (e.g. “California”) or scroll.
  3. Click a state to add it as a filter; click again to remove.
  4. The dropdown closes automatically once a state is selected.

Combining Multiple Filters

Filters stack: state, specialty, job title, company, education, years of experience. Each filter narrows what is available in the others. The result count updates live in the toolbar — here, Location → California plus Specialty → Physician takes the dataset from 265,616 down to 14,360 physicians.

  1. Apply Location → California, then click a Specialty chip (e.g. “Physician”).
  2. Across-filter logic is AND; within a filter (multiple states, multiple specialties) it is OR.
  3. Each result card shows name, title, specialty tag, employer, location.
  4. Click “Clear” in the filter panel header to reset all filters at once.

Revealing Email and Phone

Click Reveal Email or Reveal Phone on a card to expose the contact info. Pro and Essentials subscribers get up to 10,000 reveals per day. Once revealed, values stay visible permanently on your account — no need to re-reveal on a later visit.

  1. Click Reveal Email — the button is replaced with the actual email address.
  2. Click Reveal Phone — same pattern for phone numbers.
  3. A small warning icon flags contacts where delivery is no longer guaranteed (verified when collected, not re-verified live).
  4. Revealed contact persists across sessions — bookmarking or saving isn’t required.

Bulk Selection and Export

Select Page checks all 25 visible profiles; Select All extends across the entire result set (subject to your plan’s per-export cap — Essentials: 250, Pro: 2,500). Click Export and the CSV downloads immediately — name, title, specialty, employer, location, and any contact info you’ve revealed.

  1. Click “Select Page” to check 25 visible profiles, or “Select All” for the full result set.
  2. Toolbar shows the current selection count next to Export.
  3. Click “Export” — the CSV downloads instantly, capped at your plan’s per-export limit.
  4. Click “Deselect Page” to clear the selection.

Adding a Physician to a List

Every result card has a small “+” button — click it to add that one physician to an existing list or start a new one. Lists group physicians for organized outreach, independent of your current search filters. Essentials plans hold up to 1,000 contacts per list; Pro is unlimited.

  1. Click the “+” icon on a physician’s card.
  2. Pick an existing list from the popover, or click “+ Create new list”.
  3. Name the list (e.g. “Top Candidates”) and click Save.
  4. A confirmation toast appears, and the card’s “+” updates to show it’s already in a list.

My Lists Popover

Click “My Lists” in the toolbar to see all your saved lists. Each list shows its name and current contact count. The download icon on each row exports that list directly to CSV without opening it.

  1. Click “My Lists” in the search toolbar.
  2. Popover lists every saved list with its contact count.
  3. Download icon → instant CSV export of that whole list.
  4. The “x” beside each list deletes it.

Opening a List

Click a list name in the popover to open it. You get a searchable roster of every physician in that list — name, specialty, employer, location — with a per-row remove control and a search box to find one physician fast in a large list.

  1. Click a list name in the My Lists popover.
  2. Panel shows every physician currently in that list.
  3. Use “Search contacts in this list…” to filter within the list.
  4. Click the trash icon on a row to remove that physician from the list.

  1. Click “View Profile” on any result card.
  2. Identity panel: name, title, specialty tag, location, current employer.
  3. Contact row: revealed email + phone with Copy buttons, plus a LinkedIn link when available.
